RESEARCH 1 GENERALIST PROJECT MANAGER IN BUILDING CONFIRMED F/H - BASTIA (CORSICA)
Within the framework of BERIM's technical activities in all trades and sustainable development, the Corsica agency, which is growing rapidly, is looking for an experienced generalist project manager.
Under the responsibility of the director of the agency, you ensure the function of Project Manager for public and private construction projects (new and rehabilitation). You will also participate in the development of the agency.
Autonomous, you manage, follow and anticipate the contract and project needs. You lead the project team and supervise the work of the various experts by specialty (Structure, HVAC-PLO, Electricity, VRD and Economy). You arbitrate the major decisions to meet the client's expectations. You control the quality of the project and ensure its compliance with the client's contractual requirements. You propose corrective action plans if necessary. You collaborate on proposals during the commercial phase to bring your expertise to our offers. You may occasionally join multidisciplinary teams for projects at the head office (Paris) and/or other BERIM agencies.
You will also participate in the deployment in our agency of the REHAGIE tool dedicated to social housing rehabilitation projects.
Within an agency that is intrinsically innovative, as long as it is useful, you will participate in the positioning of the team on calls for projects that seek to break with the usual, as much on consulting and assistance to the project owner as in project management.
With a higher education background, you have at least 10 years of successful professional experience in the construction industry, preferably in engineering. Autonomous, organized, you are the driving force behind the project, guaranteeing its quality and economic balance. You are familiar with the Pack Office, Autocad and REVIT software.
