Research for its Urban Planning Department of the Ile de France region
DIRECTOR (TRICE)
You manage and develop the activities of the department in Ile de France: urban development operations, zac, insertion of transport infrastructures, BHNS, tramway, public space, VRD accompanying buildings...
You will report to the Director of Urban Engineering France.
You are a member of the company's management committee.
TEAM MANAGEMENT
Recruitment, animation, management, direction and control of the staff of the department (25 people, project managers, engineers, designers, work managers)
Management of possible external resources (interim, subcontracting)
You propose the delegation modes, in coordination with the General Management and the Urban Engineering Department.
You set up the necessary organization, with a view to economic profitability and the best possible use of skills.
You organize annual and professional interviews.
You define the training needs of the personnel and control its execution
COMMERCIAL POLICY
You propose the development strategy of your department.
You ensure the development of the department through effective communication with clients (public and private).
You assume commercial responsibility for the renewal of the order book and forecasts
And you respond (or have someone respond) to various calls for tenders and competitions.
BUDGETARY AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
You build the annual budget of your department, ensure its follow-up and propose any changes to the General Management.
You manage the contracts (provisional budget, means).
You are the guarantor of the consolidation of the invoicing and the budgetary control.
You ensure cost control, analysis of time/cost difficulties encountered with the project management and propose improvement solutions
OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT
You will supervise all operations, monitor and support project managers. You will take direct responsibility for certain complex and/or strategic projects for the management.
You ensure that objectives are met (quality, cost, deadlines, customer satisfaction) and are responsible for the optimal organization of the business (qualitative organization, senior/junior supervision, good appreciation of customer needs).
You control the adequacy of the human and technical means implemented to develop the projects.
You ensure the application of quality procedures.
ADDITIONAL MISSIONS
You participate in the reflections of the Management Committee .
At the request of the General Management, you may be asked to carry out specific missions concerning the entire BERIM Group.
PROFILE
You have a technical training in VRD / Development with 10 years of experience, ESTP/INSA/EIVP...
You have proven professional experience in project management
If possible, you have already managed an operational department in the field of urban development.
