In the early 1980s, in response to the need for technical, economic and social expertise in the rehabilitation of social housing, Bérim developed a Rehabilitation Department
For more than 30 years, the Rehabilitation department has developed a specific know-how in this field: work by actions synthesizing the interventions of all the trades, consultation with the inhabitants, customized work, adaptation to the type of building (garden cities, HBM, LOPOFA,...) by the constitution of a database of work and prices and its exploitation by a specifically developed tool.
With the same will to serve the owners and the inhabitants, the Rehabilitation department develops new working tools to make a success of energy rehabilitation in this new phase of urban renewal marked by eco-energy virtues.
